While we recommend utilizing Facility Connect to perform remote software upgrades, it is also possible to download the latest software version and update your equipment using the Manual USB method.

To update your cardio consoles manually via USB, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Navigate to this Download Software page
Step 2: Select "Download Official Build" for the console you are updating. It's important to only utilize the downloaded software for the associated console type as each console software has been created for a specifically for that console model.
Downloading the software to any other console model may render the console inoperable and will void the warranty on the affected console. If you do not know whether this software is compatible with your console model, please contact Life Fitness Customer Service with your console serial number.
Step 3: Unzip the downloaded file & put/extract all files directly on a USB Drive. (*Note it's important the files are not stored within a folder and are placed directly in the "root" directory of the USB Drive.)
Step 4: Insert USB into the USB drive port on the front of your console. The software update should begin automatically. Only remove the USB after update is fully completed. This process can take up to 45 minutes to fully complete.
