Stationary Fitness Equipment Usage Class Details

For applicable products within our portfolio certain Usage Classes may be indicated or mentioned.

Usage Classes refer to European Standard CEN EN 957-1 with the following variations:

1. Class S (Studio): professional and/or commercial use.

   Such training equipment is intended for use in training areas of organizations such as sport associations, educational establishments, hotels, clubs and studios, where access and control is specifically regulated by the owner (person who has the legal responsibility).
2. Class H (Home): domestic use.
3. Class I: professional and/or commercial use provided for inclusive use for people with special needs (e.g. visual, hearing, physical or learning disabilities). Such equipment shall also be in compliance with class S requirements.
