In February, 2022 Netflix made an update to their servers resulting in exercisers seeing a new home page message when launching the Netflix app:
“Please make some updates. To sign up for Netflix, please update your browser, operating system or device. You can learn more about updates here, or sign-in below.”
While this message maybe is confusing for the user, the Sign In functionality still works for the Netflix app on console as normal, making the correct sign in option choice, as shown in the picture above.
As these are server side changes from Netflix, Life Fitness is unable to correct what is displayed but will continue to monitor the Netflix service for future updates that may allow us to correct the issue.
At this time, single-sign on functionality via the Life Fitness Connect app may also be affected.
