It is possible that our cardio Consoles show one of the following messages:
"Immobilized"
"Unit Immobilized"
"Unit Immobilized by Manager"
This message is NOT an issue, but a feature within our consoles to prevent unauthorized use of the product. The system causes immobilization of the product when this feature is activated.
This means that, when this feature is activated, the buttons or touchscreen of the console are not responding. The user can't for example go into a workout. The product is basically unusable in this state.
This setting is normally enabled and disabled either through a certain button combination or a selection within the System Options menu of the console, depending on the kind of console used.
Please refer to the Operations or Owners Manual of the related console or product to understand how to enable/disable this Product Immobilization state.
