Life Fitness, Cybex, Hammer Strength, SCIFIT, and ICG End of Production Product Service Part Support

Although we aim to support our customers with replacement Life Fitness, Cybex, Hammer Strength, SCIFIT, and ICG parts for an extended period of time after the product is no longer produced, there are times when this part availability is not possible. 

We do our best to support a great number of products after a product is out of production, but as this time lengthens, it may occur that certain replacement parts are no longer available. 

We currently track this availability internally and will let you know if an item is not available at the time of ordering.   Please contact our Life Fitness Service Support Contact Center to request parts.  If the part is no longer available, we will do our best to find alternative solutions, however those may not always be available.   We appreciate your understanding.
