INTENDED USE:
This warranty covers Cybex products that are used by a consumer in a single family home. This Limited Warranty only covers defects which arise out of ordinary and intended use of the Cybex product as described in the owner’s manual. This consumer limited warranty is NOT applicable to any Cybex products sold into a commercial or entry commercial setting or environment.
Entry Commercial
INTENDED USE:
This warranty covers Cybex products that are used in an Entry Commercial environment. Product sold under a Cybex Limited Entry Commercial Warranty is intended for use in Entry Commercial facilities. An Entry Commercial environment is defined as a NON- paid membership facility where use of the Cybex product will not exceed 6 hours of use per day. Examples may be, but are not limited to: hotels, corporate fitness centers, multi-housing complexes, and the like). Cybex product sold under a Limited Entry Commercial Warranty IS NOT INTENDED FOR USE IN HEALTH CLUBS OR SIMILAR FACILITIES WHICH MAY REQUIRE A PAID MEMBERSHIP OR WHERE THE USE OF THE CYBEX PRODUCT WILL EXCEED 6 HOURS OF USE PER DAY. This Cybex Limited Entry Commercial Warranty covers only defects that arise out of the ordinary, intended use of the product described in the owner’s manual. This Entry Commercial limited warranty is NOT applicable to any Cybex product sold into a consumer or commercial environment.
Full Commercial
INTENDED USE:
This warranty covers Cybex products that are used in a Full Commercial environment. This Limited Full Commercial Warranty covers only defects that arise out of the ordinary, intended use of the product as described in the owner’s manual. Products sold under a Cybex Limited Full Commercial Warranty are intended for commercial use, including use in health clubs and similar facilities. This Full Commercial limited warranty is NOT applicable to any Cybex product sold into a consumer or Entry Commercial environment.
