Note: Please make sure that the USB is formatted to FAT32, prior to downloading the software. Software files should not be copied to a single folder on a USB drive or the product software update will not start. The software file from Facility Connect must be unzipped, and the contents of that original zip file should be copied to the top level of the USB stick.
