From software version v6.04.004 and onwards, the SL console will include a Sleep Mode feature.
This feature will allow the console to go into sleep mode 40 seconds after the last button press when the following variables are met:
- The product is not in a workout.
- The product is externally powered (self powered units will always turn off automatically after a certain time)
A console which is in Sleep Mode, will show a single "walking LED" within the dot matrix window as seen below.
The console can only come out of Sleep Mode through a new button press:
- Any button press will wake up the console
- Pressing the Go button when the console is in Sleep Mode, won't start the workout. Only when pressed again.
- Stepping on the treadmill belt, with treadmills which have a stride sensor, won't wake up the console.
This Sleep Mode settings can't be turned off or altered.
