Life Fitness SL Console Sleep Mode feature

    • From software version v6.04.004 and onwards, the SL console will include a Sleep Mode feature.

     

    This feature will allow the console to go into sleep mode 40 seconds after the last button press when the following variables are met:

    1. The product is not in a workout.
    2. The product is externally powered (self powered units will always turn off automatically after a certain time)

     

    A console which is in Sleep Mode, will show a single "walking LED" within the dot matrix window as seen below.

    The console can only come out of Sleep Mode through a new button press:

    1. Any button press will wake up the console
    2. Pressing the Go button when the console is in Sleep Mode, won't start the workout. Only when pressed again.
    3. Stepping on the treadmill belt, with treadmills which have a stride sensor, won't wake up the console.

     

    This Sleep Mode settings can't be turned off or altered.
